What’s the Deal?
Patients can request appointments 24/7 through the 'Request Appointment' button on your Vitality profile. Doctify sends you an email when a request is made, and you’ve got 36 hours (excluding weekends) to respond.
How to Handle Appointment Requests:
Get Notified: Check your email for new requests and log in to Doctify.
Find Patient Details:
Go to the consultant login page.
Enter your login details.
Click 'Enquiries' > 'Manage Enquiries' > 'Patient info'.
Note: This view is available only on desktop.
3. Contact the Patient: Reach out promptly to schedule their appointment. You or your secretary should handle this ASAP!
Response Time Expectations:
You need to respond within 36 hours (excluding weekends). Doctify tracks response times and will send reminders. If you miss the 36-hour window, Vitality Premier will follow up.
Remember: Patients choose you for your expertise, so timely responses are crucial to keep them from seeking other options.
Important: Patients can only request an appointment. Confirm the date and time yourself. Inform them not to visit until they receive confirmation from you.
Updating Notification Settings:
Access Settings: Go to the consultant login page.
Update Details: Click 'Enquiries' > 'Notification settings' > 'Manage' to adjust booking notifications for your locations.
Note: Patients don’t see these email settings; they’re for your notifications only.
