Your peer recommendations are indicated in the Vitality Finder search results as well as clearly highlighted at the top of your Vitality profile as "recommended for". This way patients have fast and easy access to authentic professional endorsements which help to build patient trust and confidence.

1 Navigate to the consultant login page:

2 Fill in your login credentials

3 Click the 'Recommendations' tab on the left-hand side of your profile, from here you can make, request and view live colleague endorsements on your profile

4 Click 'Make new recommendation'

5 Click the 'Search for a peer' field and type their name

6 Select the way you are connected to the peer in the 'How are you connected' field

7 Click the 'Your Recommendation' field and complete the contents of your peer recommendation

8 Click 'Next' and select at least one procedure of condition from the list provided before confirming that you are not related to the individual and whether you wish for the recommended to be contacted. Then click 'submit'.

If you wish to obtain a recommendation from a colleague you will need to click 'Received' on the left-hand side under 'Recommendations'.

From here, you will be prompted to search for a colleague and select the procedures or conditions you wish to be endorsed for.

Your request will then drop into your peers' inbox for completion on their own dashboard and then publication on your Vitality profile.

At any given time you can make amendments to the recommendations that you have given by revoking them. You can also delete any recommendation requests that you have sent. Lastly, you can flag any recommendations that have been made for you.
