We are delighted to announce a new feature that takes doctor profiles to the next level - Introduction Videos! In addition to a profile picture, doctors can now upload a short video introducing themselves to their patients. This innovative addition aims to enhance the patient experience, establish trust, and provide a more personalised touch to the online consultation process.

To add an introductory video, please follow the quick guide below and get set up now.

1). Login to the dashboard and navigate to the new media tab on the left-hand side

2). On the right-hand side, you will find the requirements that outline the correct format and length for an introduction video. Currently, the maximum video length allowed is 2 minutes, but it is recommended to keep it concise and engaging, ideally aiming for a duration of 15-30 seconds.

3). Once you have selected the "+" symbol, you can upload your chosen video from your computer or mobile device. After uploading, you will have the option to provide a title and description of your video. Just so you know, a title/description is not mandatory for an introduction video, so you can leave it blank.

A title/description will be added to the media centre, not directly on your profile video.

* For great quality, videos must be recorded in portrait orientation. Landscape videos will still be displayed but may appear cropped.

4). After you have selected your ideal video, it will be saved and uploaded. If you later decide to delete, edit the text, or make the video invisible on your profile, you can use the navigation bar below the image.

If you'd like further assistance, please get in touch with us via our contact form or Live Messenger during operating hours.
