What’s the Survey Tool & How Do You Use It?

Updated over a week ago

Unlock the power of feedback with our customisable survey tool, exclusively available on the Doctify Expert Pro plan! Want to learn more or upgrade your plan? Just reach out—we’re here to help!

Why You'll Love It:

Our survey tool lets you tailor your review process, adding custom questions that gather the exact info you (or your governing body) need. The responses are stored securely in your Doctify dashboard and are for your eyes only—patients won’t see them online. Plus, you can download everything as a handy CSV file for your records!

Want to direct patients to leave reviews on Google, NHS Choices, or Trustpilot after the survey? You can do that too! Or maybe send them to a specific webpage for your latest marketing campaign—the choice is yours!

Creating Your First Survey:

1- Get Started: Head over to the "Surveys" section and click "New Survey."

2- Name It: Give your survey a name, like "Patient Feedback," and select a location.

3- Customise: Choose if you want the Doctify clinic and specialist parts active or deactivate them with a quick toggle.

4- Add Questions: Craft your questions, provide descriptions if needed, and decide if they’re mandatory. Choose the answer type—star rating, plain text, multiple choice, or single choice.

5- Preview & Polish: Add as many questions as you like and preview the survey before it goes live.

6- Add External Links: To redirect patients at the end, click 'Edit' next to the Exit page and pop in your URL for Google reviews, Trustpilot, etc.

7- Save & Share: Once satisfied, save your survey as a draft or publish it. Share it with patients by copying the bespoke link into your communication.

Exporting Data:

When responses start rolling in, the "Export Data" button will appear. Click it to download everything as a CSV file—perfect for internal use.
