New Users:
Check your inbox (and spam folder) for an email from hello@doctify.com with steps to create your password.
Didnât get the email? Reach out to your onboarding manager or email hello@doctify.com for help.
Returning Users:
Visit doctify.com.
Click âProvider Loginâ (top right corner).
Enter your email address and password.
Forgot your password? Just click âForgot Password?â and enter your email. Youâll get an email from hello@doctify.com to reset it.
Troubleshooting:
Website Check: Ensure youâre on the correct Doctify site for your country (check the logo in the top left).
Use Google Chrome: Other browsers can have issues, so we recommend Chrome.
Password Reset Issues: If you donât receive the reset email, contact us at hello@doctify.co.uk or use Live Chat during business hours.
