I want to stay informed about new Vitality patient enquiries by setting up booking alerts.
Here’s how I can do it:
Step 1: Log In
Visit the Consultant Login page.
Sign in with my credentials.
Step 2: Access My Clinic Management Settings
Go to my 'My Clinics' section.
Click on 'Manage Clinics' to view my clinic details.
Step 3: Set Up Booking Alerts
Click 'Manage' for the clinic I want to update.
Under 'Booking Alert Email', add up to five email addresses to receive alerts.
Update my Booking Alert Phone Number to receive SMS notifications for new patient enquiries.
To check out a patient’s details, head over to Visit Booking or All Bookings and hit the Patient Info button. Just a heads-up—only those with the right permissions can peek at this info! 🔐
