Who can have a profile on the AXA Specialist Finder?
All AXA Health-recognised specialists can appear on the platform. Allied health providers are not included.
I’m recognised by AXA Health but can’t see my profile. What should I do?
AXA Health regularly shares its recognised specialist list with Doctify.
If you can’t find your profile:
Check your recognition status via the AXA Health Provider Portal.
Or contact: specialistrelationships.health@axahealth.co.uk.
Once confirmed, you can claim your profile on Doctify using a verified email address.
Will all my practising locations appear on my AXA profile?
No. Only AXA-recognised facilities are shown. This helps avoid patients being referred to locations not covered by their policy.
How do patients access the AXA Specialist Finder?
Currently, the tool is used by AXA’s internal teams.
In the future:
AXA members will gain access once their claim is approved, or
AXA may send them a direct link to your profile or book on their behalf.
Will this change how I bill AXA Health?
No. Your billing process stays exactly the same.
2. Accessing Your Profile
How do I log in to edit my AXA Health profile?
Use your existing Doctify login. This gives you access to both your Doctify profile and your AXA version.
I don’t have a login — what should I do?
You can claim your profile through the AXA Health claim page using a verified email. Doctify Support can send you the link if needed.
I’ve forgotten my password. How can I reset it?
Use the password reset link provided on your Doctify login page.
3. Profile Questions
Do I automatically get a free Doctify plan because I’m recognised by AXA?
No. Most AXA specialists already have a Doctify profile, but AXA recognition does not include paid Doctify plan features.
What are the benefits of a Doctify paid plan?
A paid plan offers:
Verified patient review collection
Professional endorsements
SEO optimisation
Increased visibility across Doctify and partner platforms
I don’t want a public Doctify profile. Is that possible?
Yes. You can keep your public Doctify profile hidden.
Your AXA profile will still be visible to AXA internal teams and members.

Live booking availability is displayed for specialists connected with:
Spire
Ramsay
Circle
Nuffield
HCA
Additional integrations are planned for 2026.
Which practices or contact details appear on my profile?
Only AXA-recognised facilities are displayed.
