How to Use your Doctify Dashboard

Learn how to explore your Dashboard, access your messages and action accordingly

Your Doctify Dashboard provides you with all recent activities as well as summarising the overall performance of your account.

Multiple Profile Access

If you have access to multiple specialists and/or clinic profiles, you can switch between them on the dashboard under 'manage profile' on the left-hand side. Click the drop-down arrow to show 'practices' for your available practices and 'team' for your available specialists. By clicking on the specific profile that you wish to view or edit, this will allow you to do so and view any requests, reviews etc for that particular profile.

You can also use the search function to search for a specific profile.

Recent Activity
When you receive a patient review, booking request or peer recommendation Doctify will notify you via email and you will be prompted to log into your Dashboard and access further details.

From here you can select 'View' to be directed to the relevant section and collect the details you require.

**Please note that both 'Booking' and 'Request' refer to the two variations of enquiries that patients can make via your profile. See the article 'Handling Patient Enquiries' to understand how to access patient information.**

Summary Table

Further down the Activity Log page, you can view a summary of your review collection. This section provides the total reviews collected alongside a break down of the rating. If you have access to more than one account you can check and compare the overall progress of your multiple users.

Reviews, Recommendations, Page Views & Enquiries

Underneath the Summary Table you will be able to view the overall performance of your profile. You can also access this under the analytics tab on the left hand side of your Dashboard, which includes extra features such as response rates.
