Your Google Business Profile (formerly Google My Business) is often the first thing patients see when they search for you or your practice online. It shows your name, location, contact details, and potentially reviews — all in one glance.

When it’s set up correctly and matches your Doctify profile, you increase your chances of Google linking the two, so that your Doctify reviews appear directly on your Knowledge Panel in search results. This adds credibility and helps attract more patients.

  2. Follow the steps to verify ownership (via text, email, phone, or postcard)

  3. Add accurate, high-quality information including:

    • Practice or clinician name

    • Contact details

    • Opening hours

    • Photos

    • Website and social media links

How to Increase the Odds of Your Doctify Reviews Appearing on Google

Although Google doesn’t guarantee that your Doctify reviews will be shown, these steps can help signal to Google that your Doctify and Google profiles refer to the same business or person:

These third-party signals help Google connect your presence across platforms and may improve the chances of your reviews appearing in your Google Business Profile.
