Patient Appointment & Booking Requests

When a patient makes an enquiry via your profile, Doctify will send a notification to the email address you have listed in the 'Appointment Email Address' field located in the 'Edit Profile' section of your Doctify Dashboard.

In order to access the patient information for this enquiry, you will need to log in to your Doctify account and navigate to the 'Enquiries' tab on the left hand menu.

View Patient Information
In order to view your patient's contact details please click on 'Patient Info' in the 'Actions' column. 

When you click the message the patient information will be visible and you can contact the patient accordingly to make arrangements. We encourage you to contact the patient as quickly as possible.

**Please note: Patients can only request an appointment. It is your responsibility to confirm a date and time. Correspondence from Doctify explains to patients that they should not attend your clinic until receiving written or verbal confirmation from you or your secretary**
