Introducing Our New Feature: Introduction Videos!
We’re excited to launch Introduction Videos to enhance your profile. Now, alongside your photo, add a short video to introduce yourself to patients—building trust and adding a personal touch to online consultations.
How to Add Your Introduction Video
1. Log in to the Dashboard:
- Go to the new **Media** tab on the left.
2. Check Requirements:
- Guidelines for format and length (max 2 minutes) are on the right. For best results, aim for a concise, engaging 15-30 seconds.
3. Upload Your Video:
- Click the "+" to upload from your computer or mobile device.
- Optionally, add a title and description—visible only in the Media Centre, not on your profile video.
- *Tip:* Record in portrait orientation for optimal display.
4. Manage Your Video:
- Your video saves automatically; you can delete it, edit text, or hide it using the options below the video.
