We are delighted to announce a new feature that takes doctor profiles to the next level - Introduction Videos! In addition to a profile picture, doctors can now upload a short video introducing themselves to their patients. This innovative addition aims to enhance the patient experience, establish trust, and provide a more personalised touch to the online consultation process.

To add an introduction video please follow the quick guide below, and get set up now.

1). Login to the dashboard and navigate to the new media tab on the left hand side

2). On the right-hand side, you will find the requirements that outline the correct format and length for an introduction video. Currently, the maximum video length allowed is 2 minutes, but it is recommended to keep it concise and engaging, ideally aiming for a duration of 15-30 seconds.

3). Once you have selected the "+" symbol, you can upload your chosen video from your computer or mobile device. After the upload, you will have the option to provide a title and description for your video. However, it's important to note that a title/description is not mandatory for an introduction video, so you can leave it blank if you prefer.

If you do add a title/description this will not be displayed on your profile video but in the media centre directly.

* Please be aware that all videos must be in portrait orientation. If you upload a landscape video, it will still be displayed but with a white background and may appear cropped.

4). After you have selected your ideal video, it will be saved and uploaded. If you later decide to delete, edit the text, or make the video invisible on your profile, you can easily do so using the navigation bar located below the image.

If you'd like any further assistance, please don't hesitate to get in touch via our contact form or via Live Messenger during operating hours.
