We’re excited to launch a new feature that will elevate doctor profiles: Introduction Videos! Now, alongside your profile picture, you can upload a short video to introduce yourself to your patients. This feature enhances the patient experience, builds trust, and adds a personalised touch to online consultations.
How to Add Your Introduction Video
1. Login to the Dashboard:
Navigate to the new media tab on the left-hand side.
2. Check Requirements:
On the right-hand side, you’ll find guidelines for video format and length. The maximum length is 2 minutes, but we recommend keeping it concise and engaging, ideally 15-30 seconds.
3. Upload Your Video:
- Click the "+" symbol to upload a video from your computer or mobile device.
- Optionally, add a title and description (not mandatory). This info will be visible in the media centre, not directly on your profile video.
- Tip: Record in portrait orientation for the best quality. Landscape videos may appear cropped.
4. Manage Your Video::
Once uploaded, your video will be saved. You can later delete it, edit the text, or make the video invisible using the navigation bar below the image.
