We’re thrilled to introduce our new Network feature, designed to celebrate and reward providers’ dedication to professional networking and collaboration. This feature enables you to search for and connect with clinicians and specialists across various fields, helping to expand your practice’s reach and enhance brand awareness.

Frequently Asked Questions

1. How do I build a follower base for my practice?

Visit the ‘My Network’ tab in the left menu of your Doctify dashboard. You can search for clinicians in the Doctify Directory or through the ‘Do you know?’ section. Locate clinicians relevant to your practice and invite them to follow you.

2. How can I engage with my followers?

We’ll soon launch our Newsfeed, where you can share updates directly from your profile and practice. This keeps your network informed and helps maintain your practice's presence in their minds.

3. Why is this valuable to my practice?

When you send a follow request, the clinician will receive an email from your hospital or clinic, creating instant brand awareness. This also enables you to share profile updates with your new network.

4. How do I get the “Trusted Network” badge?

The badge is automatically added to your profile when you reach a network of 100 followers.

5. Can I contact people via the Network page?

Currently, there’s no messaging function. However, you can access a provider’s public contact information on their profile page if you wish to reach out directly.

6. Can I connect with clinicians, not on Doctify?

No, but most clinicians are listed. If you cannot find someone, please contact our support team for assistance.
