Your stats can be broken into 2 parts - patient engagement and feedback.
Patient engagement data includes:
Google searches - the number of times your Doctify profile was seen on Google.
Page views - the number of times potential patients engaged with your profile for more than 60 seconds.
Enquiries - the number of times potential patients enquired about your contact details (phone, email, online booking).
Feedback data includes:
Patient reviews - the total number of verified reviews collected.
Endorsements - professional endorsements you received from other clinicians.
Connections - the number of connections you have in the Doctify network.
You can see all-time stats, as well as well as for the last 30 days.
Understanding the performance helps you optimise your profile to make it even more engaging for the patients.
