We’re excited to introduce our new ‘My Network’ feature, designed to celebrate and reward clinicians’ commitment to professional networking and collaboration.
This feature lets you search for and connect with colleagues and specialists across various fields, allowing you to quickly expand your professional network. You can easily request or provide endorsements, supporting each other’s expertise and commitment to quality care.
Frequently Asked Questions
1. How do I start building my network?
Go to the 'My Network' tab in the left menu of your Doctify dashboard. From there, you can either search for peers in the Doctify Directory or connect with suggested colleagues in the 'Do you know?' section.
2. Why do I already have connections in my Doctify Network?
If you have previously given or received a professional endorsement, these colleagues will automatically be added to your network without any additional steps.
3. How do I get a "Trusted Network" badge?
We believe that the best care is often multidisciplinary. Showcasing endorsements from peers highlights your expertise to patients and referrers. Once you've connected with 20 colleagues, your "Trusted Network" badge will be activated on your Doctify profile.
4. Can I contact people via the My Network page?
Currently, there is no messaging function, but you can access a colleague's public contact information on their profile page if you wish to reach out directly.
5. Why do I need to provide an email to connect with some colleagues?
We may request an email address to ensure a trusted netwok if it’s not already on the account. This helps us invite and verify connections with your colleagues.
6. Can I endorse or connect with a colleague based in another country on Doctify?
At present, endorsements and connections are limited to colleagues in the same country. However, we’re working to expand this feature internationally soon.
7. Can I endorse a person more than once for different procedures?
Currently, you can only endorse someone once, and the endorsement details cannot be edited afterwards. An upcoming feature will allow updates, but for now, endorsements can only be deleted and resubmitted.
8. Can I connect with peers, not on Doctify?
Most clinicians are listed, but if you can’t find someone, please contact Doctify support for assistance.
At the moment, you can only endorse a colleague once, and the endorsement details cannot be changed after submission. An upcoming feature will allow updates, but for now, endorsements can only be deleted and then resubmitted.
