Being able to log in to your Dashboard is 🗝️ to be able to amend and manage your profile. Any information the patient sees comes from your Dashboard, but If you’re having trouble logging in, don’t worry—here’s what you can do:
If You’ve Logged In Before:
1. Go to Doctify.com and click ‘Provider Login’ (top right corner).
2. Forgot Password?** Click ‘forgot password’ and follow the instructions.
3. You will receive an email to reset your password. Please note that the reset password link will be valid for one hour from the moment you receive the email.
4. Please note that your password needs to be a minimum of 8 characters and contain: uppercase, lowercase, number, symbol

If You’ve Never Logged In:
1. Check Your Email: Look for an email from [hello@doctify.com](mailto:hello@doctify.com) with instructions to create a password.
2. If you can't see the email, check your Spam Folder
