Depending on the channel Healthcare providers use to communicate with patients, they can send emails, include the message about reviews and a link in a Clinic Letter, or send a WhatsApp message to capture feedback.

To find the Review Link: Log in to your Doctify account - > Get reviews - > Review Link and QR code -> Copy link.
To find the QR code: Log in to your Doctify account - > Get reviews - > Review Link and QR code -> QR code - right click -> Copy Image.
