1. QR Code
Display on a Poster: Show the QR code on a poster in your clinic.
Handout at Appointments: Provide a leaflet with the QR code at the end of appointments.
Include in Clinic Letters: Add the QR code to your clinic letters.
How to Find Your QR Code:
Go to your dashboard > ‘Get Reviews’ > ‘Review link and QR code.’
Right-click on the QR code and copy-paste it as an image.
2. Review Link
Dedicated Emails: Send personalized emails with your review link.
SMS or WhatsApp Messages: Share the link via SMS or WhatsApp.
Clinic Letters: Include the link at the bottom of your clinic letters.
How to Find Your Review Link:
Go to your dashboard > ‘Get Reviews’ > ‘Review link and QR code.’
Copy the review link.
3. The Doctify Reviews App
Use Your Phone: Show the review QR code anytime using your phone.
Use This Device: Hand your phone or tablet to the patient for immediate feedback after an appointment.
Review Us Later: Send SMS messages with your review link from the Doctify number.
How to Use the Doctify Reviews App:
Download the Doctify Review App from the App Store (iPhone) or Play Store (Android).
Find login information in your dashboard: ‘Get Reviews’ > ‘Review App.’
Type the Review Code or click ‘Scan the QR code’ in the app and scan the App login QR code from your dashboard.
