Updated over a week ago

Collecting patient feedback is key to building trust, boosting your Patient Trust Score, and enhancing your online presence. Consistent, up-to-date reviews improve transparency and make it easier for patients to find and choose you.

What is the Patient Trust Score?

The Patient Trust Score reflects how much patients trust you, based on their reviews. The more positive and recent the feedback, the higher your score—boosting your reputation and attracting more patients.

Here are three simple ways to gather feedback:

1. QR Code

  • In Your Clinic: Display it on a poster or hand it out at appointments.

  • Clinic Letters: Include it in your communications.

How to Get It:

Go to your dashboard > ‘Get Reviews’ > ‘Review link and QR code.’ Right-click to copy and paste the QR code as an image.

2. Review Link

  • Personalized Emails: Send it directly to patients.

  • SMS/WhatsApp: Share it through messaging.

  • Clinic Letters: Add it to your letters.

How to Get It:

Go to your dashboard > ‘Get Reviews’ > ‘Review link and QR code.’ Copy the review link.

3. Doctify Reviews App

  • On Your Device: Show the QR code or hand your phone/tablet to patients for immediate feedback.

  • Send Later: Use SMS to send the link from the Doctify number.

How to Use It:

Download the Doctify Review App from the App Store or Play Store. Find your login info on the dashboard under ‘Get Reviews’ > ‘Review App.’ Use the code or scan the QR code to log in.
