When you are connected to your subscription dashboard:
You will have access to four main sections:
Account Information
Billing & Shipping Addresses
Payment Methods
Billing History
Account information
In this section, you can manage the following:
Update your billing contact details (email and phone number)
The Permissions tab confirms you have the consent of the ultimate owner.
Change your password
Edit your company’s name
Billing & Shipping Addresses
Here, you can modify your business billing address and contact number. You can also add information for your finance team if needed.
Payment Methods
This section allows you to update or change your payment methods easily.
Billing History
Access all your past invoices in this section. You can view and download them at any time.
