🐝 What happens when you select the Billing option?

Staying on top of your billing helps keep your account organised and payments smooth. By knowing what happens when you select the Billing option, you can easily manage details, update payment methods, and access billing history, giving you full control and avoiding any surprises.

  1. Click on Account

2. Select Billing

3. Choose your account type: Clinician or Practice

4. Click on the relevant profile and add your Billing Address to log in

Important Notes:

🔹 Only Owner, Admin, and Manager permission holders can access the Billing section on the Doctify Dashboard.
🔹 Your Billing Email is the one you used when joining Doctify. If you’re unsure, reach out to us for assistance.

When you are connected to your subscription dashboard, you will have access to four main sections:

  • Account Information

  • Billing & Shipping Addresses

  • Payment Methods

  • Billing History

Account Details

In this section, you can manage the following:

  • Update your billing contact details (email and phone number)

  • The Permissions tab confirms you have the consent of the ultimate owner.

  • Change your password

  • Edit your company’s name

Billing & Shipping Addresses

Here, you can modify your business billing address and contact number. You can also add information for your finance team if needed.

Payment Methods

This section allows you to update or change your payment methods easily.

Billing History

Access all your past invoices in this section. You can view and download them at any time.

By managing your billing section, you’ll stay in control of your payments, with instant access to invoices—resulting in fewer hassles and a smoother experience.
