How to access your invoices and download.

Stay in Control of Your Billing

Easily access your billing details, invoices, and payment information—all in one place. With everything at your fingertips, you can track expenses, verify payments, and manage your finances effortlessly. Stay organised and in control with complete visibility over your Doctify account.

How to Access Your Billing Section

  1. Go to your Dashboard

  2. Click on Account

3. Select Billing

4. Choose your account type: Clinician or Practice

5. Click on the relevant profile and add your Billing Address to log in

Important Notes:

🔹 Only Owner, Admin, and Manager permission holders can access the Billing section on the Doctify Dashboard.
🔹 Your Billing Email is the one you used when joining Doctify. If you’re unsure, reach out to us for assistance.

What You'll Find in Your Doctify Billing Portal

Once logged in, you’ll have access to four key sections:

Account Information – Review your registered details
Billing & Shipping Addresses – Manage and update your addresses
Payment Methods – Edit and update your preferred payment options
Billing History – View and download past invoices

Managing Your Payment Methods

Need to update your payment details? Here’s how:

  1. Click on Payment Methods

  2. Select the existing payment option and click Edit

  3. Choose your preferred method: Credit Card or Direct Debit

  4. Enter your updated payment information

  5. Click Submit & Save Changes

Accessing Your Billing History

Want to review past invoices? Follow these steps:

  1. Click on Billing History

  2. View and download all your invoices in one place
