How to Access Your Billing Section
Go to your Dashboard
Click on Account
3. Select Billing
4. Choose your account type: Clinician or Practice
5. Click on the relevant profile and add your Billing Address to log in
Important Notes:
🔹 Only Owner, Admin, and Manager permission holders can access the Billing section on the Doctify Dashboard.
🔹 Your Billing Email is the one you used when joining Doctify. If you’re unsure, reach out to us for assistance.
What You'll Find in Your Doctify Billing Portal
Once logged in, you’ll have access to four key sections:
✅ Account Information – Review your registered details
✅ Billing & Shipping Addresses – Manage and update your addresses
✅ Payment Methods – Edit and update your preferred payment options
✅ Billing History – View and download past invoices
Managing Your Payment Methods
Need to update your payment details? Here’s how:
Click on Payment Methods
Select the existing payment option and click Edit
Choose your preferred method: Credit Card or Direct Debit
Enter your updated payment information
Click Submit & Save Changes
Alternatively, you can update payment information by logging in to your Doctify Dashboard, clicking your email address in the top-right corner, selecting Billing from the dropdown menu, and entering the associated Chargebee account email to access and update payment details.

Managing User Access Levels for Billing
If a team member like a medical secretary or practice manager needs access to the billing section, the account owner must adjust their user role:
Log in to the Doctify Dashboard as the account owner.
Navigate to the user management settings.
Update the specific user’s role to Owner to grant billing access.
