Keeping your practice locations and contact details up-to-date ensures patients can find you easily and book appointments in their local area. Here’s how to make sure your profile is ready to connect you with the people who need your care.
This guide also provides insights into managing individual clinician profiles, ensuring both clinic and clinician information remains accurate and up-to-date for patients.
🏥 Adding a New Clinic
Log in to your Doctify dashboard and go to ‘My Clinics’ > ‘Manage Clinics.’
All your existing clinics will be listed here.
click ‘Add Clinic’ in the top-right corner to add a new clinic.
Start typing the name of the Clinic and select ‘Add’ once it appears.

📞 Adding or Updating Contact Details
In ‘Manage Clinics,’ scroll to the right and click ‘Manage’ for the clinic you’d like to update.
Here, you can:
Update the phone number, email, or online booking link.
Remove a clinic if it’s no longer relevant.
1️⃣ Using a Single Point of Contact
If you want the same contact details for all your practices, here’s what to do:
Tick ‘Use a single point of contact for all clinics’ at the top of the page.
Click ‘Edit contact details for all clinics.’
Add the relevant phone number, email, and/or online booking link.

❓ Troubleshooting Common Issues
Why is a Removed Clinic Still Listed? Changes might take time to reflect across the platform. Check where the update request was originally submitted and confirm if it is logged properly.
Unable to Update Email Address In cases where an email address is linked to a former clinic, it cannot be easily replaced. Contact the Doctify support team for help in resolving this issue. For more information, refer to their support documentation.
