Managing Profile Visibility
Managing profiles in Doctify is an essential feature that ensures consultant profiles are visible to patients.
To make a consultant's profile visible to patients on the HCA Finder platform, you need to activate the profile. Once the profile is turned on, it becomes accessible, allowing the consultant to maintain an active presence.
2ļøā£ For Clinicians & Multiple Clinicians ā
If you are an individual clinician, go to āTeamā to access your profile.
If you manage multiple clinicians, youāll need to select the correct profile:
Click āManage Profileā on the left-hand side of the dashboard.
Select āTeamā, where all individual clinicians are listed.
Choose the specific clinicianās profile youād like to view. This ensures that you can efficiently manage and view information for specific clinicians linked to your account. By fully utilising this feature, users can streamline profile management tasks.
