1️⃣ Look to the Top Left – Find the “Manage Profile” button.
Managing Profile Visibility
Managing profiles in Doctify is an essential feature that ensures consultant profiles are visible to patients.
To make a consultant's profile visible to patients on the HCA Finder platform, you need to activate the profile. Once the profile is turned on, it becomes accessible, allowing the consultant to maintain an active presence.
2️⃣ For Clinicians & Multiple Clinicians –
If you are an individual clinician, go to “Team” to access your profile.
If you manage multiple clinicians, you’ll need to select the correct profile:
Click “Manage Profile” on the left-hand side of the dashboard.
Select “Team”, where all individual clinicians are listed.
Choose the specific clinician’s profile you’d like to view. This ensures that you can efficiently manage and view information for specific clinicians linked to your account. By fully utilising this feature, users can streamline profile management tasks.
3️⃣ For Clinics & Hospitals – If you’re managing a clinic or hospital, select “Practices” to access and update that profile.
Activating Profiles for Enhanced Visibility
Activating profiles enables consultants to be discovered by patients easily on Doctify and other platforms like HCA Finder.
