“Does the app cost anything?”
No. The app is free for all clinicians with an active Doctify login.
“Who should download the app?”
All clinicians who own or manage their Doctify profile, including those working within practices or hospitals.
“Why can’t I see my clinics? How can I update the information?”
To update your clinic locations and contact details, you would need to log in to the Dashboard via a desktop. This is not yet available to view on the App.
“Does this replace the Doctify Reviews app?”
No. The Doctify Reviews app is still used to collect and share review links for a specific specialist or practice.
