If you're a healthcare professional or clinic using HCA Finder and Doctify, it’s important to understand how the two platforms integrate to ensure smooth and efficient booking management. Here’s a clear breakdown of how your information is shared and how bookings are handled:

📖 1. HCA Finder Manages Your Bookings

When patients use the HCA Finder to book appointments, the contact details provided for the HCA locations will be used to manage all bookings. This means that any contact information or updates added to your Doctify dashboard will not appear on the HCA Finder platform.

🗺️ 2. HCA Location Takes Priority

Only the location information from HCA will be displayed on the HCA Finder platform. While you can add multiple locations to your Doctify profile, keep in mind that HCA Finder will only display the HCA locations.

🕑 3. Adding Slots for HCA Finder

When you add availability slots or update your working hours on your Doctify dashboard, this information will sync with HCA Finder.
