📷 How do I Add or Update my Profile Image

Updated this week

A complete and professional-looking profile is key to making a great first impression on Doctify. Including a profile image not only helps build trust with prospective patients but also positively impacts your profile ranking. Patients are more likely to engage with profiles that feel personal, approachable, and fully completed—adding a high-quality photo can help you stand out.

What makes a great profile picture?

  • A clear, high-resolution headshot

  • A plain, uncluttered background

  • Good lighting, with your face centred in the frame

  • A friendly, confident smile

  • Professional attire—smart clothing or scrubs you typically wear in the clinic

How to add or update your profile image

  1. Log in to your Doctify Dashboard.

  2. Go to the Edit Profile section.

  3. Under Manage Profile, locate the profile image area.

  4. Click on the image placeholder (or your existing image) to upload a new photo.

  5. Select an image from your device. You’ll have the option to crop or adjust the image before saving.

  1. Log in to your Doctify Dashboard.

  2. Go to the Edit Profile section.
