Your Doctify reviews provide you with performative feedback that can be invaluable
in promoting engagement, boosting team morale and making practice improvements. Download your reviews via your Doctify Dashboard to be shared with your medical support team as well as used for appraisals and revalidation.
You can access the review download function by logging into your Doctify Dashboard and selecting 'Reviews' from the left of your screen.
Once the 'Reviews' tab has opened, select 'Export' from the top right-hand corner.
The file will download in a .csv format to be opened with Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and most other spreadsheet software. Included in the file will be the date the review was collected, ratings, and comments left by patients.
Once download as a .csv, you can download as PDF document as well if needed.
