Your primary location plays a key role in making your profile shine on Google and your Doctify page. The postcode next to your photo on your public profile represents this Primary Location, ensuring potential patients can easily find you.
🌍 Why Does Your Primary Location Matter?
It’s the first location listed under your practices and is visible alongside your profile photo.
It helps patients discover you in local searches while showcasing a central point for your general information.
A clear and accurate primary location improves your discoverability on Google search results.
📍 How to Update Your Primary Location
Log in to your Doctify dashboard and navigate to ‘My Clinics’ > ‘Manage Clinics.’
To set a new primary location, simply drag and drop your preferred practice to the top of the list.
If you have just one location, it will automatically be marked as your primary location.
For profiles with multiple practices, if no primary location is set, one may be randomized—so take control and choose the most relevant one!
