๐Ÿ Choose your preferred language on Chargebee

On Chargebee you can choose your invoice's language by going to Edit Account Details and choosing from the available options.

Auto-Detect Browser Language


Chargebee automatically displays content in the browser's language if no specific language is set. You can enable or disable this for:

  • Single Page Checkout: Settings > Checkout & Portal > Field Configurations

  • In-app Checkout: Settings > Checkout & Self-Serve Portal > Use browser locale

Here's how:

  1. For Hosted Pages (V2)


    Enable language selection in Chargebee by navigating to:
    โ€‹Settings > Configure Chargebee > Checkout & Self-Serve Portal > Field Configurations


    This adds a dropdown for customers to pick their language.

2. For Hosted Pages (V3)


Go to:


โ€‹Settings > Configure Chargebee > Advanced Settings
Enable "Allow Customer to Change Locale" for seamless language switching.
