How to access your invoices and download.

Access to your billing details, invoices, and payment info keeps you organized and in control. With everything at your fingertips, tracking expenses, verifying payments, and managing finances is easy—so you confidently stay on top of your account!

Dive into your Billing section from your Dashboard:

Please note:

  • Only Owner, Admin and Manager permission holders can see this section on the Doctify Dashboard.

  • The Billing email address is the email you used to join and kickstart your Doctify journey. If you don't remember the email you used, please get in touch.

What to expect when you log in to your Doctify billing portal?

You will have access to four main sections:

  • Account Information

  • Billing & Shipping Addresses

  • Payment Methods

  • Billing History

Payment Methods:

Do you want to change your payment details? Here is how you go about it:

How to amend your payment details:

  1. Click on Payment Methods

  2. View your existing details and click on the box to edit

  3. Select your preferred payment method: Credit Card or Direct Debit

  4. Add your information accordingly

  5. Don't forget to submit and save the changes

Billing History:

Your billing history is where you will be able to see and download your invoices.

  1. Click on Billing History and view all your invoices
