Welcome to the Facilities feature on Doctify! We’re here to help you showcase all the amazing amenities your practice has to offer. Follow these simple steps to add facilities to your practice profile and make it even more appealing to patients.

Providing a comprehensive view of your facilities will make your practice profile a standout. Patients love having all the information they need at their fingertips, and a detailed facilities list can be the difference maker. Plus, it’s a breeze to set up! Not only will you attract more potential patients, but you'll also improve patient satisfaction by letting them know exactly what to expect.
Adding your Services and Facilities:
Step 1: Find the Profile Section
On the left-hand side menu, click Edit Profile. This is where all the magic happens for tweaking and enhancing your practice profile.
Step 2: Head to the Services & Facilities Section
Within the Profile area, locate the Services & Facilities section. Click on it to open up the list of amenities that you can list on your profile.
Step 3: Select the Services & Facilities You Offer
You’ll see categories like Parking, Dining, Accessibility, Wellbeing, and Payment Options. We have tailored the categories depending on whether you're a Hospital or Clinic, Online Services, or a Care Home.
Step 4: Pin Your Top 8 Services
Highlight the most important facilities by pinning up to 8 of them to the top of your profile. On default, your top 8 facilities that you select are pinned automatically. These pinned facilities will appear at the top of your profile, giving patients a quick view of your key amenities. If you wish to pin different facilities, click the Unpin icon to remove the pin and then click on the pin icon next to each facility you want to prioritize.
Step 5: Save Your Changes
Once you’ve made your selections, scroll to the bottom of the page.
Click Save Changes. Easy peasy!
Step 6: Check Your Updated Profile
Visit your public profile to ensure everything looks spot on. This is what your patients will see, so make sure all the facilities are listed correctly!
