How are Patient Experience badges earned?
We issue Patient Experience badges annually.
To fairly identify top-performing providers, we calculate a Patient Experience Score (PES) for each provider. The PES is designed to measure both long-term excellence and recent patient satisfaction.
Using a weighted metrics system, the PES accounts for the total number of real patient reviews the provider has received, their overall Trust Score, and their patient reviews over the past 12 months.
This method ensures that providers who continuously collect patient feedback and deliver outstanding care are acknowledged.
๐ Top 10% of providers = Outstanding
๐ Next 20% of providers (10-30th percentile) = Great
๐ Providers who aren't in the top 30%, but do meet core eligibility criteria = Recommended
