I’m recognised by AXA Health, but I don't think I'm on the platform. What should I do? | AXA Health regularly shares its recognised clinician list with Doctify.

Will all my practising locations appear on my profile on the AXA platform? | No. Only AXA-recognised facilities are shown. This helps avoid patients being referred to locations not covered by their policy. |
How do patients access the AXA platform? | Currently, the AXA platform is only available to be used by AXA’s internal teams to find and book clinicians on behalf of AXA Health members.
In future, the platform will be rolled out directly to AXA Health members. |
Will this change how I bill AXA Health? | No. Your billing process stays exactly the same. |
Your AXA platform profile
How do edit my profile on the AXA platform? | Log into Doctify with your Doctify login details.
Any changes you make to your Doctify profile - including newly collected patient reviews and peer skill endorsements - will automatically sync to your profile on the AXA platform.

I don’t have a login - what should I do? | You can claim your profile through the AXA Health claim page using a verified email. Email hello@doctify.com for support. |
I’ve forgotten my password - How can I reset it? | Use the password reset link provided on the Doctify login page. |
Do I automatically get a free Doctify subscription because I’m recognised by AXA? | No. AXA recognition does not include access to paid Doctify features, but you can upgrade your Doctify proflile at any time. |
What are the benefits of a Doctify paid plan? | A paid Doctify plan offers:

I don’t want a profile on Doctify.com - is that possible? | Yes. You can keep your profile hidden on Doctify.com AND still have a profile on the AXA platform.
