What changes have been made and why?

We are very excited to announce our new dashboard and analytics makeover, which will allow users to be able to view important data more clearly and get the most out of Doctify. These new changes have not removed any data but instead condensed it making it easier to read, whilst still providing users with invaluable information on their profile and patient engagement. There is also some exciting new features that have been.

Below you will find a comparison of the new and old dashboard so you can see what changes have been made.

You can change the period you would like to see this data from whether that it is all time, the past 30 days or the past 90 days, by selecting the little calendar that will give you options to pick from.

New Analytics Section

The analytics and dashboard section look fairly similar with a few exceptions. By going to the Analytics tab you will be able to find all the information and data we have collected during your time at Doctify to help you understand your dashboard and patients better.

You can now export all your analytical data straight from the analytics section of your dashboard into a PDF to be stored offline.

Top Keywords

One of our brand new features is the ability to breakdown each review by the top keyword. This means that not only can you see your patient reviews categorised by rating but also how many reviews you have for a certain type of medical procedure or condition.

For more in-depth information on these features you can find further articles on each section of your dashboard including understanding your dashboard analytics or visiting our Help Centre for all other articles.
