We are exited to share our new feature ‘My network’ that celebrates and rewards clinicians’ commitment to professional networking and collaboration.

The new Network feature will allow you to search and connect with colleagues and experts across specialities. Quickly add peers to your professional network to then request or give endorsements to each other

Frequently asked questions.

How do I start building my network?
Click on the ’My Network” tab in the left menubar in your Doctify dashboard, from there you can either search for a peer through the Doctify Directory or connect with the suggested colleagues on the ‘Do you know?’ section.

Why do I already have connections in my Doctify Network?

If you already have given or received professional endorsement prior to the 'My Network' feature being launched, these colleagues will be automatically added to your professional network without you having to do anything.

How do I get a “Trusted Network” badge?

We believe that often the best care is delivered in a multi-disciplinary way. It’s very powerful to future patients and referrers to show that your peers endorse you as an expert in your field. Once you have connected with 20 colleagues this will activate your “Trusted Network” badge on your Doctify profile

Can I contact people via the My Network page?

We don’t currently have a messaging function. However you can access a colleagues public contact details via their profile page if you wish to get in touch directly.

Why do I need to provide an email to connect with some colleagues?

We want to ensure we provide and create a trusted network. In some cases we request an email if this is not on the account. This is to ensure that we can invite your colleagues and allows them to verify your connection.

Can I endorse or connect with a colleague based in another country on Doctify?
Currently you cannot leave endorsements or connections for Doctify users in different countries, however we are working on this, and it will hopefully be available in the future.#

Can I endorse a person more than once for different procedures?
At the moment, you can only endorse a person once and the keywords/skills or text cannot be edited once submitted. In an upcoming release of the feature, you will have the option to update the endorsement but for now, a user can delete the endorsement only and resubmit.

Can I connect with peers not on Doctify?
No, most clinicians should exist but if they can’t find someone - reach out to support!
