🛜 How do I Set up the Doctify Review App?

Ready to build patient trust? The Doctify Review App, available on both Apple and Android, makes gathering reviews easy and impactful—research shows in-person requests can be up to 34 times more effective than emails!

Quick Setup

  • Internet Needed for Setup: You’ll need Wi-Fi to install, log in, and access settings.

  • Offline Review Collection: Gather reviews without Wi-Fi; they’ll sync automatically once back online. (Note: Unsynced reviews are lost if the app is deleted.)

Downloading & Logging In

  1. Download: Find the app on the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.

2. Login Options:

  • Simple Login: Enter your country and authentication token from the Doctify Dashboard.

  • QR Code Login: Scan the QR code from your dashboard under "App Information."

Collecting Reviews In-Clinic

  1. Use Your Phone: Let patients scan the QR code on your screen.

  2. Use This Device: Hand over your phone or tablet for direct feedback entry.

  3. Review Us Later: Send a review link via SMS to the patient’s mobile.

Accessing Settings

  1. Tap the button in the blue bar's top right corner.

2. Options include:

  • Adding surveys with questions like, “Would you recommend us to a friend?”

  • Updating the app or logging out.
