Why collect reviews?

Collecting patient feedback is key to building trust and boosting your practice’s visibility. It shows your commitment to transparency and quality, helping new patients confidently find and choose you.

Finding Your Review Tools

  1. Login to your Doctify Dashboard.

  2. Click on "Get Reviews."

3. You’ll see two tool sections:

  • Review Link and QR Code

  • Review App

☝️ Please note: The review tools are only available for Doctify paying users.

Here is what your review tools do:

Review Link

  • Share Directly: Send personalised review requests via email, SMS, or WhatsApp.

  • Add to patients' letters: Include the link at the end of clinic letters for easy access.

  • How to Find Your Review Link: Go to ‘Get Reviews’ in your dashboard and copy the link.

QR Code

  • Display in Clinic: Print a poster with your QR code, or hand it out on leaflets after appointments.

  • Include in Letters: Add the QR code to any clinic letters.

  • How to Get Your QR Code: Go to your dashboard, select ‘Get Reviews,’ then ‘Review link and QR code.’ Right-click to copy it as an image!

Doctify Reviews App

  • How to Use the App: Download it from the App Store or Play Store. Find your login in ‘Get Reviews’ > ‘Review App’ on the dashboard.

  • Instant Feedback: Show the review QR code directly from your phone or tablet app.

  • Send Later: Use the app to send review links by SMS.

💡 Tips for Maximizing Feedback

1. Use Multiple Collection Methods: Reach more patients by offering several ways to leave feedback, like QR codes, review links, and the Doctify Review App.

2. Ask in Person: A friendly face-to-face request at the end of an appointment can significantly increase response rates.

3. Timing is Key: Catch patients when their experience is fresh—right after the appointment or via a quick follow-up message.

4. Make it Easy: Shorten the process with QR codes or direct links to streamline feedback collection.

5. Combine Digital & In-Clinic Options: Offer both in-person and digital ways to submit feedback to ensure easy access for all patients.

By diversifying how and when you request feedback, you’ll see higher engagement and build trust with potential patients!

If you need any assistance with setting up or using your review collection tools, please get in touch—we’re here to help you boost patient engagement and build trust!
