Where to Find the Survey Tool
To get started:
Log in to your Doctify account.
On the left-hand menu, select "Surveys" – this will take you to your Survey Dashboard.
You’ll see the “New Survey” button at the top-right corner of your dashboard. Click here to begin creating your survey.
Surveys in your dashboard may appear under three categories:
Draft – surveys you're still building
Active – live surveys currently collecting responses
Archived – surveys are no longer collecting responses but are available for data export and/or to publish the survey again.
Building Your Survey
At the top, you’ll see a toggle that allows you to collect Doctify reviews at the same time
as survey responses – switch this on if you'd like to gather patient reviews too.
Then, start adding your questions and select the type of answers you want – fully customisable to suit your needs.
Exit Page
You can personalise the exit page with:
A custom thank-you message
Links to external review platforms like Google Reviews, Trustpilot, etc., if you want to encourage additional feedback elsewhere.
Preview and Publish
Once you’ve built your survey:
Preview it to see how it looks.
When ready, set it live. It will move from "Draft" to "Published" in your dashboard.
As long as the survey is live:
You can share the link or display the QR code.
You’ll be actively collecting responses and data.
Archiving and Exporting Data
When you’re done collecting responses, you can archive the survey. Don’t worry – all your data is still accessible, and you can view or export it anytime for reporting or analysis.
If you archived your survey, you can publish it again and access the data as it comes
