The Doctify Survey tool is a separate feature from the review collection system. It allows you to create and send custom surveys to a selected group of recipients—whether patients, staff, or another audience.

Please note: this feature is only available to users on our top-tier package.

It gives you full control over the data you collect. You can ask about anything—from internal processes to service changes—beyond the standard patient review questions.

✍️ How is it used?

Some users send internal staff questionnaires. Others use it to share updates with patients or gather feedback on specific topics unrelated to public reviews.

Yes. You choose the questions and the audience, and surveys can be shared via SMS or email.

Responses are private and not published. All results are shown in a dashboard so you can review and act on the insights.
