Adding Your Doctify Review Link to Cliniko Follow-Up Messages
Here’s how to get everything set up in just a few minutes.
1. Set Up Follow-Up Messages in Cliniko
Cliniko allows you to send automatic follow-up messages via email after appointments — perfect for requesting reviews. To create one:
Go to Settings in Cliniko.
Select Follow-up messages.
Click Add follow-up message.
You’ll be able to choose the number of days after an appointment that you’d like the message to send, and which appointment types it applies to.
2. Use a Doctify Review Template

3. Insert Your Unique Doctify Review Link
In the message body, replace the placeholder link with your personalised Doctify review URL. This link is unique to your profile and ensures that every review is verified.
Your link should look something like this:

4. Save and Activate the Follow-Up
Once you’re happy with the message, click Save follow-up message. From that point forward, Cliniko will automatically send your message at the set interval after each appointment — no manual follow-up required.
