We know how important patient feedback is to you, and how time-consuming it can be to collect it consistently. That’s why we’ve made automating your Doctify review requests easy through Semble. With just a few quick steps, you can start gathering verified reviews after each appointment, without lifting a finger.
Using Semble, you can set up fully customisable follow-up messages via SMS or email. Once configured, Semble takes care of the rest — sending your personalised message to patients a set number of hours or days after their appointment, complete with your unique Doctify review link.
How to Create an Automated Review Message in Semble
Go to the Settings page in Semble.
Then, open the SMS and email templates tab and click New in the top right-hand corner.
Setting the Basics
In the General Information section:
You can choose how long after the appointment you want the message to go out (e.g. 24 hours later).
Select the relevant products or appointment types this follow-up would apply to.
Writing the Message
Next, type out the content for the email or SMS directly in the text editor. Semble lets you personalise the message using Tags — Don’t forget to use the patient’s first name tag to keep it friendly and personal.
Once you are happy with the message:
Tick Active at the top of the screen to enable it.
Click Save.
The message is then saved under the Follow-ups section and is ready to send automatically after appointments.

Adding Your Doctify Review Link
As a Doctify member, you can add your Doctify review link directly to your Semble
Select the Doctify follow-up template within the SMS and email templates tab.
In the template’s hyperlink field, replace the default link with your unique Doctify review URL:
2. You can find this link in your Doctify profile.
3. Finally, you can customise the rest of the message content to reflect your tone and encourage patients to leave a review.
