This integration with Cleveland Clinic allows patients browsing Doctify.com/uk to book appointments directly with Cleveland Clinic specialists at Cleveland Clinic practices.
Enabled Automatically for Eligible Specialists
Doctify checks the Cleveland Clinic API to identify which specialists and practices have bookable slots available. If your availability is listed in the Cleveland Clinic system, your profile on Doctify will be automatically updated to show the “Book online” button.
If your availability is removed from the Cleveland Clinic, Doctify will disable the booking feature on your profile.
What Patients See
When a patient visits your profile:
If Cleveland Clinic appointment slots are available, they’ll see a “Book online” button and icon.
On your profile’s location panel, patients will clearly see which practices have availability and which do not.
This helps patients quickly identify when and where they can book an appointment you.
Booking and Confirmation
Once a patient selects a time and submits a booking request:
Their details are securely passed to Cleveland Clinic
The request follows the Cleveland Clinic’s usual confirmation process
The appointment is managed exactly as it would be for any other Cleveland Clinic booking

There is no obligation to upgrade to a paid Doctify subscription to unlock features such as the ability to collect and showcase verfied patient reviews
