This integration with One Heart Clinic allows patients browsing Doctify.com/uk to book appointments directly with One Heart Clinic specialists at One Heart Clinic practices.
Enabled Automatically for Eligible Specialists
Doctify checks the One Heart Clinic API to identify which specialists and practices have bookable slots available. If your availability is listed in the One Heart Clinic system, your profile on Doctify will be automatically updated to show the “Book online” button.
If your availability is removed from the One Heart Clinic, Doctify will disable the booking feature on your profile.
What Patients See
When a patient visits your profile:
If One Heart Clinic appointment slots are available, they’ll see a “Book online” button and icon.
On your profile’s location panel, patients will clearly see which practices have availability and which do not.
This helps patients quickly identify when and where they can book an appointment you.
Booking and Confirmation
Once a patient selects a time and submits a booking request:
Their details are securely passed to One Heart Clinic
The request follows the One Heart Clinic’s usual confirmation process
The appointment is managed exactly as it would be for any other One Heart Clinic booking
Doctify does not replace or interfere with your existing workflows.
What You’ll See as a Consultant
You don’t need to log into Doctify to manage bookings.
All appointment requests appear in the One Heart Clinic systems
You confirm, manage, or adjust bookings as you normally would with One Heart Clinic
Patient details flow through in the same way as other One Heart Clinic bookings

Availability is always controlled by the One Heart Clinic.

Doctify automatically refreshes to reflect these changes

Can I Disable Direct Bookings?
We understand that Direct Bookings may not suit everyone.
Yes, you can request to disable this feature on your Doctify profile
Once disabled, patients will no longer be able to book online via Doctify
Do I Need to Pay For This Feature?
No — there is no cost to you.
Direct Bookings are available without a paid Doctify subscription
There is no obligation to upgrade to a paid Doctify subscription to unlock features such as the ability to collect and showcase verfied patient reviews
