AI Patient Insights is a new way to filter your feedback based on the most frequent themes your patients talk about. Doctify AI analyses your patient reviews and automatically pulls out the most common topics. For example, you can use AI Patient Insights

How do I filter my reviews by AI Patient Insights?

Follow these steps to filter your patient feedback using AI Patient Insights on your dashboard:

  1. Log in to your Doctify profile dashboard.

  2. Click Reviews in the main navigation menu.

  3. Look beside your patient reviews on the left side of the screen (Desktop) or just above your reviews (Mobiles). You will see a list of themes your patients are frequently talking about.

  4. Click on the specific theme you would like to view.

  5. Success: Your Doctify profile dashboard will automatically filter your feedback and display only the patient reviews related to your selected theme.
