2. By Email
A way to get feedback from patients out of the practice is to use our review link. This can be emailed and sent as an SMS to patients. The link is particularly useful if automated within your booking systems so every patient has the opportunity to leave their feedback.
We also recommend adding the link to email signatures in the template below.
