We have helped many customers collect regular feedback using their practice management software. Collecting regular feedback boosts the frequency and total volume of reviews - helping optimize your profile and rank higher on Doctify as well as other search engines.
Pabau is used by many clinics to automate their collection of patient feedback. Using Pabau you can set up for your patients to automatically receive a feedback email via the Social Surveys workspace. Once you've completed the setup as outlined below, the Doctify Review email will be triggered by payments made in the ePOS system.
There are 2 key steps in the process:
1) Schedule Social Surveys to send automatically
The 'Setup' button.
Here select 'Settings'.
Now click on the 'Calendar Settings' button.
Now in the Auto Select Check-boxes, tick the 'Schedule Feedback' box.
Tip: All of these can also be manually switched on and off when booking appointments directly into the Calendar in the same way.
2) Set up the Doctify Review template in Social Surveys
You can access this in the 'Client Notifications' workspace.
Go to 'Social Survey'
Enable the Email/SMS social survey.
This will open up the template options for the social survey. Go to 'Select Template to use'
Here you will see a list of previously created social surveys and templates and you can select the 'Doctify Review Template 2'
Pabau's own support center will provide you with additional information on how to use social surveys and manually send social surveys.
Now you are fully set up with automated reviews!
