Review collection methods
Updated today

Patient feedback is what gives you visibility online and builds Trust with existing and prospective patients.

The main factors helping you reach more patients are the volume of reviews, their consistency, and the recency of the feedback.

There are 3 methods to capture patient reviews and multiple variations of those:

1. QR code

  • Show the QR code (on a poster).

  • Give it to the patient at the end of the appointment (a simple leaflet with the QR code).

  • Include it at the bottom of your Clinical Letters.

To find your QR code: go to your Dashboard - > ‘Get Reviews’ - > ‘Review link and QR code’ - > do the right click on the QR code and copy-paste it as any image.

2. Review link

  • Send dedicated emails with your review link.

  • Send SMS or WhatsApp messages with the link.

  • Put it at the bottom of your Clinical Letter if it’s emailed.

To find your review link: go to your Dashboard - > ‘Get Reviews’ - > ‘Review link and QR code’ - > copy the link.

Patients are also able to request a review link directly from Doctify by contacting our support team. The patient will be asked to provide proof of the appointment before being sent a link.

3. The Doctify Reviews App

  • ‘Use your phone’ option - lets you have the Review QR code with you 24/7, so you can show it at any moment.

  • ‘Use this device’ option - allows you to capture feedback straight after an appointment. Just give your phone or tablet to the patient.

  • ‘Review Us Later’ option - lets you send SMS messages with your review link from the Doctify number.

To use it, go to the App Store (for iPhone) or Play Store (for Android) and download the Doctify Review App.

You will find the login information for the App in your dashboard: ‘Get Reviews’ - > ‘Review App’.

Type the Review Code or click ‘Scan the QR code’ in the App and scan the 'App login QR code' in your dashboard.

We suggest combining 2 methods, where one of them is automated and another is more proactive, to ensure the highest response rate.

Please watch a one-minute video on how it works.
