Invite patients to leave a review and build Trust

Patient feedback builds Trust and highlights your unique expertise, for new and existing patients.

  • Inviting face-to-face

This approach lets patients know the importance of the feedback for you.

It might feel challenging in the beginning to start inviting patients directly, but normally after 5-10 conversations with patients you will find your unique voice and start enjoying it.

Here is an example of an invitation:

‘I am collecting anonymous feedback right now, so other patients can find the right care. Would you like to share?’

  • Inviting in a written form

This message can be included in any communications you send to patients for any of the reviewing methods available (emails, sms, post).

Here is an example of an invitation:

‘Thank you for your recent appointment! I would greatly appreciate your anonymous feedback so I can improve care, and more patients will be able to find the right treatment'

Please watch a one-minute video on how it works.
