It’s common for clinicians to see just 1-2 patients per clinic.

The majority of clinicians work across multiple practices (NHS, private), where some of them are busier than others.

Here are tips to maximize the number of reviews and build Trust:

1. Collect patient feedback across all your practices.

This will help you get consistent reviews. Consider first and follow-up consultations, face-to-face, and phone appointments.

2. Use the most suitable methods for each practice.

For example, if you use Practice Management Software, set up automation where emails with the review links are sent after each appointment.
When you invite your NHS patients, give them a printed QR code.

3. Reach out to your past patients.

Normally, clinicians send emails to patients seen in the last 3-6 months, however, some clinicians go back up to 5 years.

Please watch a two-minute video on how it works.
