📋 How patients can leave a review using the Doctify Review App

Once you've set up the Doctify Review App on your device, patients will be prompted to leave a review using one of three easy options:

  • Use your phone

  • Use this device

  • Review us later

Each option is designed to make it quick and convenient for patients to share their feedback.

1. Use your phone

Patients can scan the QR code using their phone to start the review process.

  • A QR code will be displayed on the screen.

  • Patients simply open their camera app or the QR code scanner to scan the code.

  • They will be taken directly to a secure page to leave their review on their own device.

Best for: Patients who prefer using their phone or want to complete the review discreetly.

2. Use this device

Patients can leave a review directly on the tablet or screen where the Review App is running.

  • Tapping this option opens the review form immediately.

  • The review only takes a couple of minutes to complete.

  • Once finished, the screen resets for the next patient.

Best for: Quick, on-the-spot feedback — ideal in reception areas or after an appointment.

3. Review us later

If a patient doesn’t have time to leave a review immediately, they can choose to complete it later.

  • They’ll be asked to enter their phone number.

  • A secure review link will be sent via SMS.

  • The link will open the same review form at their convenience.

Best for: Busy patients who are happy to leave a review but prefer to do it after they leave the clinic.

What happens next?

Once the review is submitted, it will go through Doctify’s standard moderation process before it appears on your profile. This helps ensure reviews meet our guidelines and maintain credibility for future patients.
